Job summary

Kurita America, part of the Kurita Group, is seeking a field-based technical sales professional in the North Central region (Minneapolis area). You will maintain existing accounts, grow new business, and travel up to 50% to client sites, trade shows, and workshops.

Ideal candidates hold a chemical/mechanical/industrial engineering or life sciences degree, 5+ years in water treatment field service or operations, and strong membrane process knowledge (UF/MF/NF/RO).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
• 5+ years of water treatment operations or field service.
• Knowledge of UF/MF/NF/RO membranes and basic water chemistry.
• Troubleshooting hydraulic and electrical equipment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field technical support contact and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot membrane performance and pilot studies.
• Develop sales opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Report and normalize customer site data.
• Travel up to 50% to sites and conferences.
• Present regional training and technical papers.
