Job summary

Vogt Power International Inc. in Louisville, KY seeks a Field Technical Advisor to oversee on-site installation of Vogt equipment. You will coordinate with customers and vendors, prepare installation manuals, and monitor commissioning activities.

The role requires HRSG installation experience, familiarity with ASME codes, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Training is available for candidates without all experience, with long-term assignments possible.

Qualifications

Three (3) years’ experience in HRSG installation.
Familiar with ASME Codes.
BSME preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepares installation manual for assigned projects.
Provides technical assistance during HRSG start-up.
Provides technical reports and data to the customer, vendors and subcontractors as required.
Inspects Vogt Power supplied equipment.
Identifies problems and proposes repair procedures.
Schedules construction for customers, including staffing when necessary.
Protects the company from liability during installation and erection of our products.
