Job summary

TRULEO is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the on-the-ground connection between TRULEO and partner public safety agencies in the Greenville, SC area. The TAM will work with command staff, IT teams, and end users to ensure successful implementation and ongoing optimization of TRULEO's Agentic AI platform.

You will join the Customer Success team, troubleshoot issues, deploy updates, train users, and identify opportunities for improvement while traveling regionally up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical account management, customer success, or implementation (SaaS or public safety tech).
• Based in Greenville, SC area, willing to travel up to 75%.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned agencies with in-person and virtual support.
• Partner with agency IT teams to integrate TRULEO with RMS, CAD, and evidence management systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalate to Engineering when needed, and maintain configurations records.
