ActionLink Installation Team Leader is a hands-on field professional responsible for leading retail installation, merchandising, and display projects. They guide fixture installations, retail resets, display builds, and technology integrations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

The full-time position in Allen, Texas requires traveling as needed, occasional overnight travel, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, or display construction.
• Ability to interpret planograms and installation guides.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
