Job summary

StruXure Outdoor, LLC is seeking a Field Technical Support – Construction & Mechanical Systems to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve field installation and operation issues. You will work with mechanical systems, motor controls, and low-voltage wiring, supporting dealers and end users with both remote and on-site assistance.

The role emphasizes hands-on field service, strong communication, and the ability to travel frequently. A hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical systems troubleshooting or field service.
• Hands-on experience with motor controls, low-voltage wiring, and system installations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including air travel.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and installation issues in the field.
• Troubleshoot motor controls, wiring, alignment, and system operation.
• Respond to dealer service calls within 2 business hours and coordinate field visits.
• Document issues and solutions in the service management system within 48 hours.
• Maintain stocked service van and assist in dealer training sessions.
• Participate in product field testing and provide feedback.
