Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a field maintenance technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain construction equipment on job sites across the region. You will work with a team to perform preventative maintenance, disassemble components, replace worn parts, and ensure equipment operates safely and reliably.

The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, ability to pass safety requirements, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance on construction equipment.
• Ability to pass respirator and safety requirements.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses mechanical, fuel, and electrical problems to make repairs quickly.
• Disassembles engines and replaces worn parts such as valves and pistons.
• Inspects equipment and vehicles to identify defects and determine corrective actions.
• Performs preventative maintenance on jobsites and maintains records of service.
• Operates and tests repaired equipment to ensure correct function.
