Job summary

Weatherford is seeking an R&M Technician to perform hands-on inspection, repair, and refurbishment of field tools at our facilities. You will follow technical manuals and procedures to dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment for the next assignment.

Role spans receiving, disassembly, cleaning, pressure testing, assembly, and documentation, with senior positions guiding team members and ensuring safety and quality across tasks.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and procedures.
• Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude for inspection, repair and refurbishing tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection, repair, and refurbishment of field tools from receiving to storage.
• Dismantle, repair, and reassemble equipment using standard procedures and manuals.
• Operate with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) and testing devices to verify tolerances.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and comply with safety and quality requirements.
• Lead or assist in senior roles, including scheduling and quality checks as needed.
