Job summary

RJ Young Company is seeking a Technical Service Representative to perform hands-on hardware repair and basic network setup at customer sites. The role focuses on copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines, with an emphasis on keeping equipment running and customers satisfied.

The TSR will travel between customer locations daily, work in various environments, and provide training and support to end users as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on repair and maintenance of office equipment.
• Ability to travel daily to customer sites for servicing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance and part replacements.
• Set up devices to print/scan on basic networks (network knowledge helpful).
• Provide basic training to end users on hardware functions.
• Work independently in the field and maintain service records and reports.
