Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance and part replacements.
• Set up devices to print and scan on basic networks (network setup basic).
• Provide basic training to end users on hardware functions.
• Work independently in the field, while staying connected with the service team.
• Maintain detailed service records including mileage, payroll, and call reports.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance (yourself and company vehicle).
