Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee shop/yard/field activities in Texas. You will ensure quality workmanship, maintain equipment, and manage daily reports, check sheets and work orders.

The role requires a HS diploma and at least 1 year of Iron Tech experience, with strong logistics, basic computer skills, and a solid understanding of HSE practices. You will coordinate shipments and drive light-duty vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 1 year Iron Tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Review, complete and/or distribute daily reports, equipment check sheets, and work orders.
• Oversee work done in the shop/yard/field.
• Ensure quality work and safety compliance.
• Maintain an orderly facility in compliance with state and federal regulations; assist in servicing cement heads and equipment.
• Prepare and file all required paperwork for responsibilities.
• Ensure safety of other employees and prevent damage to operating equipment.
• Track monoline equipment in the system and prepare shipment/tracking paperwork.
• Keep track of test dates for inspection of monoline equipment.
• Perform general and facility maintenance repairs.
• Drive company light-duty vehicles and transport equipment as directed.
