Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. seeks a Field Electronic Technician to support maintenance on oilfield equipment at our Pearsall, TX operations and on site. The role includes guiding junior technicians and learning related paperwork and processes.

You will perform checks, repairs, and troubleshooting of sensors, densitometers, viscometers, and flow meters while prioritizing safety and compliance with JSAs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–7 years of field electronics experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to follow and issue instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment checks and repairs at facility or on location.
• Operate various company equipment and identify faults.
• Mentor entry-level technicians during repairs and provide guidance.
• Prioritize safety via meetings, hazard hunts, and JSAs.
• Report unsafe acts or hazards immediately.
• Work under defined supervision and complete duties as directed.
