Job summary

NetPlanner Systems, Inc is seeking a Level III Service Technician to maintain the tech environment, manage inventory, and provide second-level user support with timely, courteous responses. You may lead projects and troubleshoot issues while ensuring customer satisfaction and system reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 4 years of business tech support experience or a 2-year college degree.
• Experience supporting business tech environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts field training and second-level issue evaluation.
• Communicates problem status and feedback to customers/management.
• Escalates unresolved issues, collaborating with project managers or vendors.
• Identifies recurring issues and suggests improvements.
• Monitors and administers systems, maintains tech inventory, and leads projects.
• Stand for up to 8 hours, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to company policies and performance standards.
