Job summary

All Copy Products in Denver, CO is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair copier and printer equipment at client sites. You will travel to locations, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance while updating clients on status.

The role includes ordering parts, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining vehicle stock. Training is provided; Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a competitive wage and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Training through employment or a technical college in automotive, computer repair, aviation, or similar field preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Clean driving history with no DUI or reckless driving in 5 years.
• Willing to submit to a criminal background check.
• Clean cut appearance; no offensive tattoos, may require covering.
• Parking available to take a company vehicle home daily.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls for clients needing repair on copier or printer.
• Travel to client location, diagnose and repair machines.
• Inspect machines and perform routine and preventive maintenance.
• Replace parts nearing expiration.
• Communicate repair status to client and schedule return visits if needed.
• Maintain accurate car stock and inventory.
