Ampirical is seeking a dependable Field Technician Assistant to join our Cappstone Energy Group team. You’ll work with experienced technicians on utility pole inspection projects, aiding data collection and site safety. Training is provided; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians during pole inspection projects.
• Carry and handle tools, equipment, and materials needed on site.
• Record and organize inspection data under supervision.
• Mark poles, attach identification tags, and perform basic ground-level tasks.
• Ensure the worksite remains clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and traffic/work zone protocols.
• Support the crew by performing general labor and helper duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional attitude with coworkers, supervisors, and the public.
