Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of progressive HR or Talent Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition and succession planning for field leadership.
• Develop and facilitate leadership development programs.
• Coach leaders on performance conversations and goal setting.
• Oversee employee engagement, retention and onboarding for regional teams.
