Job summary

GFL Environmental is seeking a dynamic Field Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our field hiring initiatives across the USA and Canada from Raleigh, NC. This high‑volume, fast‑paced role requires 6+ years of leadership in recruitment, hands‑on Workday experience, and the ability to train hiring managers in structured interviewing.

You will collaborate with Talent Operations, forecast needs with field managers, and help strengthen our employer brand through strategic partnerships and career

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior leadership, recruitment and team management in high-volume environments.
• Proven track record mentoring recruitment staff from coordinators to senior recruiters.
• Strong experience with ATS, especially Workday and HR databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and mentor field team to maximize potential.
• Innovate recruitment processes and measure key metrics to optimize hiring.
• Partner with Talent Operations to refine ATS tools and workflows.
• Forecast hiring needs with department and field managers and train managers on structured interviewing.
• Build employer brand through partnerships and career events to attract top candidates.
