Job summary

Thinc Forward seeks a Systems Integration Engineer to lead the deployment and integration of new client offices from assessment through handoff. This position is highly hands-on and involves frequent travel to client sites, overseeing network, PC, and server deployments and ensuring adherence to client standards and MSP best practices.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end integration of new client offices, including planning, onsite deployment, and post-implementation support
• Conduct onsite and remote assessments of client environments to determine infrastructure needs
• Deploy, configure, and test network equipment (firewalls, switches, wireless access points), servers, and PCs
• Coordinate and manage onsite integration activities, including directing and collaborating with local or client-side resources
• Ensure integrations align with client standards, security requirements, and MSP best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during deployments and integrations
• Communicate progress, risks, and completion status to internal teams and stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional team members to effectively and efficiently support handoff to helpdesk or managed services teams following successful integration
• Additional duties as needed
