Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end integration of new client offices, including planning, onsite deployment, and post-implementation support
• Conduct onsite and remote assessments of client environments to determine infrastructure needs
• Deploy, configure, and test network equipment (firewalls, switches, wireless access points), servers, and PCs
• Coordinate and manage onsite integration activities, including directing and collaborating with local or client-side resources
• Ensure integrations align with client standards, security requirements, and MSP best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during deployments and integrations
• Communicate progress, risks, and completion status to internal teams and stakeholders
• Work with cross-functional team members to effectively and efficiently support handoff to helpdesk or managed services teams following successful integration
• Additional duties as needed

Job description

The Systems Integration Engineer is responsible for the successful integration of new client offices from assessment through deployment and handoff. This is a highly hands-on, heavily traveling role that serves as the technical lead for new office buildouts and integrations. The engineer will assess client environments, develop equipment recommendations, and execute onsite deployments of network, PC, and server infrastructure. Working closely with internal teams and onsite client resources ("boots on the ground"), this role manages office integrations to completion while ensuring consistency with client standards and best practices. This role requires frequent and sometimes extended travel to client sites, including overnight and weekend stays.
