Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation seeks a System Administrator Field Service Representative (FSR) for the ABAD-MD program. The role supports Air Base defenses, ensuring software integrates with hardware, with on-site and remote assistance across Windows/Linux environments.

The candidate will undergo 2–3 months of training in Fort Worth, TX, and may deploy to CONUS/OCONUS locations, potentially working weekends and 50+ hours per week depending on mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a Secret clearance or higher with recent investigation
• Completed DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+, CySA+, or CCNA)
• Must obtain and maintain Special Access Program clearance
• IT experience across Windows/Linux, Database, Networking, or COMSEC
• May be required to work at deployed CONUS/OCONUS locations and work 50+ hours per week
• Must adhere to REAL ID Act for driver’s licenses
• Must have a valid passport with >1 year remaining

Responsibilities

• Interact with stakeholders to ensure software integrates with existing hardware
• Maintain and monitor system, database, software, firewall, and accounts
• Troubleshoot installation problems and perform fixes for compatibility
• Provide on-site and remote technical support
• Record troubleshooting procedures and solutions for reference
• Monitor systems and applications for availability and performance
• Provide 50 hours per week of support
