Job summary

HighRes Biosolutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HighRes devices at customer sites. You will deploy robotic systems, calibrate equipment, and coordinate with Automation Support Engineers to ensure full coverage of product support.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware expertise, proactive customer communication, and thorough documentation. Occasional coordination with third-party manufacturers and ongoing training are expected to support

Qualifications

• Field Service Engineer training completed with hands-on modules.
• Ability to solve technical issues independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong scheduling, task/objective management, and documentation discipline.
• Willingness to travel 40–80% depending on level.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HighRes devices, systems, and automation platforms.
• Deploy and calibrate robotic systems at customer sites.
• Provide rapid response to customer support requests and triage issues.
• Document support cases accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with Automation Support Engineers and operations teams on updates and upgrades.
• Train customers on routine operation of devices and Cellario software.
• Develop customer relationships and contribute to customer success and referrals.
• Author service documentation and knowledge base articles for support.
• Mentor junior Field Service Engineers and contribute to delivery excellence.
• Participate in internal/external training for continuous skill development.
• Coordinate with third-party device manufacturers for escalated issues.
