Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or certification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in land surveying.
• Technical knowledge, leadership, and communication skills.
• Preferred: 4-year degree in engineering or related field.
• Preferred: AutoCAD or MicroStation proficiency.
• Preferred: Certified Hydrographer.
• Preferred: 10hr OSHA General Construction Course.

Aufgaben

• Survey project schedules and forecasts.
• Planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Direct and perform land based and hydrographic surveys.
• On-site safety, directing, and documenting safety meetings.
• Adhere to quality assurance procedures.
• Knowledge of surveying equipment and software.
• Ensure survey equipment is in good working condition and properly report any deficiencies.
• Operate vehicles, survey vessels, and associated support equipment.
• Assist with the development of survey procedures.
• Assist with the preparation of project scopes and estimates.
• Plan and execute project quality control and assurance procedures.
