Job summary

You will work with the Survey Manager, project teams, and field crews to deliver accurate survey data and 3D models, coordinate field operations, and ensure survey requirements align with plans and standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of construction surveying, with proficiency in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of construction surveying experience.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD.
• Ability to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform stake-out and as-built duties on projects.
• Conduct level and traverse loops to verify elevations and coordinates.
• Coordinate field operations with the Survey Manager.
• Develop 3D models and as-built drawings as required.
• Ensure safety and compliance with project plans and standards.
