Job summary

Capital Holding Group in Jefferson City, MO is seeking an experienced Survey Manager to lead construction modeling, survey data management, GPS/machine control, and field survey support for heavy civil projects.

This role collaborates with estimating and operations to build 3D models, process project data for bidding, develop cut/fill maps and earthwork information, support GPS machine control, and prepare models for stringless paving operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced Trimble Business Center (TBC) experience.
• Strong 3D construction modeling skills.
• Heavy civil construction survey experience.
• Cut/fill and earthwork analysis experience.
• Experience supporting estimating and bidding.
• GPS and machine-control experience.
• Stringless paving experience.
• Strong understanding of grading plans, profiles, alignments, cross sections, elevations, and survey control.
• Ability to support both office and field operations.
