Alta E&I in Tucson, AZ is seeking a motivated Survey Field Technician to join our field crew. You’ll support the Crew Chief on land surveying tasks outdoors, under varying weather, and contribute to accurate measurements and notes.

Responsibilities include equipment prep, safe operation, and occasional travel. This is a full-time, outdoors role requiring reliability, punctuality, and the willingness to learn surveying procedures and field safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel to job sites with a survey field crew.

Responsibilities

• Assist Crew Chief on survey field tasks and operate measuring devices as directed.
• Maintain field notes and observations.
• Prepare equipment and ensure batteries charged daily.
• May assist other crews and learn field procedures.
