Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: For the GS-06, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-05 in the Federal service.
• Education cannot be substituted for experience at this grade level.

Responsibilities

• checking, reviewing, and editing incoming questionnaires for completeness and accuracy and identifying questionable responses
• conducting telephone interviews on problem cases and recording information in a clear, concise manner
• developing and streamlining methods of operation for office automation support such as: installing programs, creating data fields to track data, editing and preparing reports including graphs and charts, and establishing procedures
• troubleshooting hardware problems with laptop or personal computers
