Superior Construction is seeking a Survey Project Manager to oversee survey tasks and field layout on heavy civil projects. You will translate engineering plans into accurate field layouts and coordinate survey crews on site.

Ideal candidates have 5 years in surveying, field-based project execution experience, and bridge layout exposure. You will work on busy highway sites with varied weather conditions and safety requirements.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma.
• 5 years' experience in the surveying industry.
• Field-based project execution experience.
• 3-year minimum of construction layout.
• One-year minimum of bridge experience.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with Superintendents and Foremen for survey requests.
• Support and direct all survey crews assigned to their projects.
• Calculations for roadway, structures (bridges, walls, culverts, etc.), utilities, and any other related tasks for the project.
• Determine methods and procedures for recovery of existing survey control and establishing secondary survey control as needed.
• Operate and maintain all survey equipment including manual and robotic total stations, levels, GPS, and any other survey equipment.
• Perform layout work competently and accurately as specified.
• Familiar with Topcon/Leica/Trimble hardware and software or capacity to learn.
