The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 10+ years in land surveying, and strong knowledge of survey terminology and documentation, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center. The role requires on-site and off-site work and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of land surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of survey terminology and documentation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily scheduling of field survey crews and office support staff.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project managers, clients, and field crews.
• Review work orders, proposals, and project requirements to ensure field readiness.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of survey services.
• Maintain detailed records of work progress, crew assignments, and equipment use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the course of survey operations.
• Assist with drafting task orders and organizing project files.
• Position will require the candidate to work both onsite and offsite
