Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to join its South Florida operation in Boca Raton. You will oversee a variety of survey projects and lead field crews, technicians, and clients across the region.

Location: Boca Raton, Florida. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, and scopes of work, while developing new business opportunities and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of project management experience within the surveying industry.
• Florida PSM license strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and related surveying technologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple survey projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
• Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction layout, utility, and related surveying projects.
• Coordinate the work of field crews, project surveyors, CAD technicians, and subcontractors.
• Develop proposals, budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients while helping identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Review plats, legal descriptions, easements, right-of-way documents, and other deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and internal quality procedures.
• Support recruiting efforts while mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Work closely with company leadership to support the organization’s continued growth.

Location: Boca Raton, Florida. Candidates located outside the area will be considered, and relocation assistance may be available for the right individual.
