Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified full-time Survey Crew Chief to lead a field survey team. The role involves collecting data for design activities, boundary surveying, and layout to support construction, with extensive travel required.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, proficiency with total stations and GPS, and an OSHA 10/CPR certification or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and field organization are essential to success.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with land development and public infrastructure projects is a plus.
• OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid or willingness to acquire.
• Ability to travel extensively and stay on project sites as needed.
• Ability to lead and mentor survey crew effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a survey crew in field collecting data for design, boundaries, ALTA, and topography.
• Organize field staking materials and maintain equipment.
• Operate GPS, total stations, scanners, and data collectors in field activities.
• Transfer files between field devices and company project folders.
• Communicate project status, daily progress, and issues to office teams.
• Maintain productive relationships with clients and coworkers and adhere to safety policies.
