The HFW Companies is seeking a Survey Crew Chief to oversee survey operations for Cranston, an esteemed partner. In this role, you will ensure the collection of accurate field data, supervise crew members, and maintain safety standards.

You will lead a dedicated team, collaborate with project managers, and utilize advanced survey equipment to deliver high-quality results, contributing to community development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in land surveying, with 2+ years in a lead field role.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• NSPS Certified or LSIT required; RLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of the survey crew in the field.
• Operate GPS, total stations, and data collectors.
• Ensure survey data quality and field notes are accurate.
• Interpret construction plans and boundary documents.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings.
