Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience; crew chief preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company MVR standards.
• Experience with Trimble equipment preferred.
• Strong math, computer, and verbal skills.
• Able to work outdoors year-round and lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a land survey crew for daily field operations (boundary, topo, construction layout).
• Determine efficient plan of action for data acquisition across field surveys.
• Communicate daily with project managers and technicians on schedules and progress.
• Interact professionally with client representatives and landowners.
• Document field notes, sketches, and communications clearly.
• Prepare daily reports, time sheets, and required paperwork.
• Maintain survey vehicles and field equipment.
• Follow company safety procedures and practices.
