Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Survey Crew Chief to join our Panama City, FL office. You will lead field crews in boundary, topography, ALTA, and right-of-way surveys for public and private clients, with travel to out-of-town sites as needed.

The role requires at least 5 years of survey experience, a high school diploma, proficiency with Topcon Total Stations and Leica GPS, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of survey experience as a survey party chief.
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Surveying preferred.
• Able to operate Topcon Total Stations and Leica GPS hardware.
• Familiarity with FDOT Electronic Field Book data collection.

Responsibilities

• Perform right of way survey aspects of transportation engineering projects (field work).
• Perform design survey aspects of transportation projects.
• Conduct boundary, topographic, tree and channel surveys as needed.
• Assist with survey computations and data collection.
