The role is field‑oriented, requiring daily outdoor activity, driving to sites, and careful equipment handling. A valid driver’s license, basic surveying experience, and strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 6+ months of surveying assistant experience preferred.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift 75 lbs; good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Assist Surveyor with boundary surveys and staking.
Set up and tear down GPS base; transport equipment and supplies.
Drive to job sites and perform field duties in various terrains.
Maintain equipment and ensure safety on site.
Submit weekly time and assist with equipment cleaning and shop duties.
