Job summary

UELS, LLC is seeking a field-oriented Land Surveying Assistant to support the survey team by performing boundary surveys and staking in various outdoor environments. The role emphasizes fieldwork, equipment handling, and travel with accommodations provided for extended periods.

The candidate should have at least 6 months of surveying experience, a valid driver's license with a clean MVR, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs, operate ATV/gear, and work outdoors under extreme weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months experience as a surveying assistant preferred.
• Must have a valid driver license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Support a Surveyor while performing boundary surveys and staking.
• Load and operate GPS equipment, batteries, radios, total station, PPE.
• Travel for long periods; accommodations provided; occasional weekend work.
