This position supports a Surveyor while performing boundary surveys and staking. We are looking for a motivated individual who likes to be out in the field and is dedicated, loyal, hard-working, and gets satisfaction out of a full day’s work.
To give you an idea of what the day looks like:
Education: High School Diploma / GED
Knowledge: 6+ months experience as a Surveying Assistant (Preferred)
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Additional: Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift 75 lbs. Honest, Professional, Organized, Pays Attention to detail, Dependability, Thoroughness, Documentation Skills, Inventory Control, Safety Conscious, Strong Work Ethic, Self-driven with little or no supervision. Must have current and valid driver’s license with MVR that meets Company requirements. Must be willing and able to enroll in a drug & alcohol screening and criminal background program.
Mental and physical labor are a part of this job. Working conditions are mostly outdoor and the job is subject to extreme weather conditions. Must be able to walk for long periods of time and/or operate ATVs through a variety of terrains.
Driver’s License and clean driving record required.
