RTI International is seeking part-time Survey Administrators to conduct school-based surveys and assessments in classrooms. You will travel to assigned schools, engage with students and staff, and help coordinate data collection while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to study protocols.

This role requires driving to multiple sites, using RTI-issued devices, and completing training. The position offers around 20 hours per week during the data collection window and may include occasional

Competenze

• Effective communication; in-person interaction with respondents.
• Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English.
• Available for training and data collection period.
• Able to complete required trainings.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and reliable personal car.
• Comfortable using RTI issued tablet and laptop.
• Access to password-protected WiFi for data transmission.
• Maintain confidentiality of project information.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and after dark.
• Able to drive up to 3 hours from home to schools.
• Able to drive >3 hours with overnight stay.
• Uphold project SOPs and guidelines.
• Available for early morning hours when needed.

Mansioni

• Travel frequently to selected locations to administer surveys or assessments.
• Make in-person contact with respondents to discuss the study and obtain participation.
• Coordinate data collection with school staff for missing data and make-up sessions.
• Schedule survey dates with school staff and ensure logistics are ready.
• Communicate with staff to track parental consent and student eligibility.
• Complete administrative duties and participate in team conference calls.
• Safeguard issued equipment and project materials from loss or damage.
• Submit timely time and expense reports.
• Attend virtual meetings with project team.
• Stand, walk, climb stairs, and transport equipment up to 15 pounds.
