Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking a focused Territory Sales Manager to engage Ambulatory Surgery Center customers within a defined territory.

The role emphasizes understanding client needs, recommending supply chain and service solutions, and establishing distribution contracts. You will conduct face-to-face account management and expand the customer base by onboarding new clients and expanding sales within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong selling skills, communication skills, presentation skills, customer service, negotiation skills.
• Healthcare knowledge preferred, but not required.
• O.R. experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a specific ASC focused territory by increasing market share.
• Drives sales of Henry Schein Surgical Products (HSSP) to ASC customers.
• Plans, organizes and implements effective strategies to increase market share.
• Directs sales activities within the territory through coordination of sales teams.
• Attends medical conventions/seminars and participates in training programs.
