Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. No industry experience - Required.
• Receives skills and training from management, peers, and training curriculum.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with various individuals in a professional manner in order to provide superior customer service.
• Must be able to understand technical functionality of various systems learned online and/or via hands-on instruction.

Responsibilities

• Assist Experienced Technicians with Installations and/or Servicing: demonstrate ability to learn and retain information for future use; use basic logic to troubleshoot issues; utilize hand tools and basic power tools; keep job site clean and organized; communicate with peers, manager, and customers.
