Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician to set up and tear down kiosks in local retail locations. This role involves driving a moving truck, carrying equipment, and ensuring kiosks meet brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have basic computer installation knowledge, strong customer service, and reliable interpersonal skills to support store teams and provide a smooth customer experience during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license required for those who drive; preferred for non-drivers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions and some technical skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and teardown kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure offices meet brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, including trash removal and cleaning tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our Seasonal Field Support Technician isresponsible for completing the set-up and break-down of our kiosks in various local retail stores. Tasks include driving a moving truck, carrying equipment into the location, setting up kiosk, and location maintenance. Ideal candidate will possess knowledge of computer/tech installation.

What you'll do here:

• Assist with the set-up and teardown kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure office locations meet our brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, this may include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, cleaning glass, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demand and Work Effort
