Job summary

Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician to assist with the set-up and break-down of our kiosks in local retail stores. You will drive a moving truck, transport equipment, install kiosk components, and perform location maintenance to meet brand standards.

Ideal candidates have basic computer/tech installation knowledge, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Driver's license may be required for driving; preferred for non-drivers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions and some technical skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up and teardown kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure office locations meet our brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, this may include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, cleaning glass, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you'll do here:
