Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician to set up and tear down kiosks at 29 East Tennessee locations, including driving a moving truck and handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required if driving.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components.
• Meets deadlines to ensure office locations meet our brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, including trash removal, vacuuming, or sweeping, and cleaning counters/glass.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our Seasonal Field Support Technician isresponsible for completing the set-up and break-down of our kiosks in various local retail stores at 29 locations in East Tennessee. Tasks include driving a moving truck, carrying equipment into the location, setting up kiosk, and location maintenance. Ideal candidate will possess knowledge of computer/tech installation. Seasonal position with opportunities for advancement and possible permanent position for the right candidate.

What you'll do here:

• Assist with the set-up and teardown kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure office locations meet our brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, this may include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, cleaning glass, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demand and Work Effort
