Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Field Support Technician to set up and take down kiosks at local retail stores in Wichita, KS. You will drive a moving truck, transport equipment, and assist with maintaining brand appearance at each location.

The role requires physical work, basic computer/tech skills, and strong customer service abilities. This is a seasonal position with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualificações

• Driver's license is required for those who drive, and preferred for those who do not.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions and some technical skills.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the set-up and teardown of kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and components using hand tools.
• Meet deadlines to ensure locations meet brand/appearance standards.
• Maintain a clean and inviting workplace (trash removal, vacuuming, cleaning counters/glass, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Seasonal Field Support Technician is responsible for completing the set-up and break-down of our kiosks in various local retail stores. Tasks include driving a moving truck, carrying equipment into the location, setting up kiosk, and location maintenance.

What you'll do here:

• Assist with the set-up and teardown kiosk furniture, computers, tech, and kiosk components using hand tools.
• Meets deadlines to ensure office locations meet our brand/marketing appearance standards.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, this may include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, cleaning glass, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills you'll bring for success:

• Driver’s license required for those required to drive, preferred for those not driving.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer functions and some technical skills.

• Standing, walking, sitting.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry up to 55 lbs. at one time.
• Must be able to hold, carry and move equipment, tools, and materials.
