BrightStar Care of Madison is seeking a Field Support Specialist to provide high-quality in-home care and to support the caregiving team across the Madison area. The role offers steady hours, weekly pay, and growth opportunities.

Starting pay is $22 per hour with 30–40 hours per week. The schedule includes 2 days in the field and 2 in-office, with 3 days off each week and rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience required (CNA welcome).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle with auto insurance in your name.
• Smartphone for communication and scheduling.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to travel within our service area.
• Previous customer service experience and experience handling phone communications are preferred but not required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home caregiving.
• Fill in for caregiver call-offs or planned vacations.
• Help start services with new clients.
• Assist with training newly hired caregivers.
• Communicate availability and scheduling with the office.
• Occasionally assist with introductions or office support when needed.

Starting pay: $22 per hour

Guaranteed Full-Time hours each week and paid mileage

2 days providing care in the field

2 days in office

3 days off each week Required Rotating Weekends and Holidays

Physical Requirements Must be able to assist clients with daily living activities including standing, bending, lifting, and assisting with mobility. Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds when required.
