Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable insured transportation.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes for client care and training.
• Pre-hire steps include reference checks, confirming eligibility to work, driving record review, TB test, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide hygiene care as directed, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, linen changes and light housekeeping.
• Prepare and administer meals according to the client’s diet.
• Take and record vital signs when necessary.
• Assist client with range of motion as per care plan and report any changes to the Director of Nursing.
• Assist client with walking and transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to policies and standards.
• Ensure client’s rights are upheld.

Pay: $18 - $19 / hour - average oay is over $21 with differentials!

• Additional hourly compensation is available depending on your availability and shift differential!

Responsibilities

• Assist client in active and passive range of motion defined by the plan of care, document observed changes and report any changes to the Director of Nursing
• Assist client in walking and transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities and shopping
• Develop and promote a safe environment for quality client care through adherence to established policies, procedures and standards
• Ensure client’s rights are adhered to

• Ability to adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
• Ability to travel up to 30 minutes as needed for client care service needs as well as staff and business needs including job required training and conferences.
