Job summary

DRiV Garage Gurus in Michigan/Canada region seeks a Field Support Specialist to partner with automotive service providers across Ontario and Manitoba. You will schedule visits, deliver product demonstrations, and provide technical education on DRiV brands to customers.

The role requires 5+ years of automotive service experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel. You will maintain CRM records and collaborate with sales to promote our premier portfolio of products.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings, shop visits, and training sessions with automotive service providers.
• Demonstrate, instruct, guide, and answer questions to support customer use of DRiV product lines.
• Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical education on DRiV products.
• Deliver technical presentations to enhance customer's knowledge of DRiV products and services.
• Represent DRiV at career fairs, expos, and other events to promote the profession of automotive technician.
• Communicate project status and sales KPIs to internal sales organization.
• Maintain records of all activities using CRM system.
• Build customer support for DRiV brands and product lines.
• Leverage various marketing channels to feature new and existing products.
• Conduct technical training in various automotive repair topics.

We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist to cover the provinces of Ontario and Manitoba with focus in Toronto. Someone who is Red Seal certified with extensive product and technical knowledge, business expertise, and technical training capabilities. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years applied automotive service experience
• Experience leading technical demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations
• Must hold valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel
• Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office
• Personable, presentable, professional
• Experience communicating with others from diverse functional backgrounds
• CRM (such as Salesforce, C4C) and collaborative software (e.g. WebEx,) experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred
