Liberty University is seeking a Field Support professional to interview students, assess interests, and match them with suitable field placements. You will coordinate with the Gate team to evaluate readiness and strengthen placement proposals while upholding department policies.
You will also help facilitate communication between units and support student and department concerns. This role involves researching and onboarding community agencies, negotiating contracts, maintaining relationships
The candidate is to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly through oral and written correspondence to students, faculty, staff, and community members. They require the ability to reason, analyze information, exercise discretion, and apply judgment to implement best practices and solve problems. The candidate is to be both professional and graceful while handling multiple projects and interacting with students. The candidate must have strong organizational skills and be calm and positive in difficult situations. The candidate is expected to work well both independently and as part of a team.
