Liberty University is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to support the Office of Spiritual Development. You will manage guest travel, lodging, contracts and itineraries, and coordinate hospitality for LU Stages events.
The role acts as a liaison among guests, agencies, and internal teams to ensure flawless event execution. The position requires a four-year degree and 2–3 years of office experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Responsible for facilitating the coordination and development ofvarious initiatives and projects within the Office of SpiritualDevelopment (OSD).
The Guest Experience Coordinator manages end-to-end travel,logistical, and administrative operations for LU Stages guestspeakers and VIP visitors. This role coordinates guest travel,lodging, contracts, itineraries, and hospitality logistics toensure every guest experience aligns with contractual agreementsand reflects the standards of excellence of Liberty University. TheGuest Experience Coordinator serves as the primary liaison forguest travel and logistics while collaborating with internaldepartments, guest contacts, agencies, and LU Stages staff toprovide seamless event execution.
This position is responsible for professional staff ofapproximately 13 student workers.
The working environment in which one will typically perform theessential functions of this position is a climate-controlledsetting. It is well lighted, and the noise level is moderate.Working environment may include facilitation of events outdoorsoccasionally. (Edit for duties performed outside officeenvironment.)
Use of one’s personal vehicle (or LU vehicles) may be required fortravel in the performance of the essential functions of thisposition. Proof of a valid Virginia driver’s license, an acceptableDMV record, and liability insurance is required.

Compensation is determined based on factors such as qualifications,experience, education, skills, and certifications, along withUniversity needs and external market conditions. Market benchmarksmay be used, as appropriate, in combination with internal equity toensure pay is fair and aligned with the broader compensationstructure.
