Job summary

PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Field Support Specialist to be the boots on the ground in Santa Rosa, California. You will inspect properties, deploy lockboxes, assess vacancies, and document work with accuracy, following established processes.

The role is action-oriented, requires reliable transportation, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and customer service. The position offers full-time hours, benefits, and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of maintenance functions (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
• Residential property management experience
• Reliable transportation for daily duties
• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform work orders per company policies and vision.
• Travel to properties for assessments (move-in/out, vacancies) and document conditions.
• Travel within deadlines to inspect and document property conditions and needed repairs.
• Work with computers and smartphone-based dispatching and email.
• Travel to properties for field work as directed by management.
• Lift and carry 50 pounds; climb ladders; walk, bend, reach as needed.
• Attend staff trainings and meetings; assist with office tasks as needed.
