Job summary

PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Field Support Specialist in Charleston, SC to inspect properties, deploy lockboxes, and support on-site operations with attention to detail.

You will travel between properties, document conditions, and assist with administrative tasks while following a clearly defined process. The role requires physical ability, reliable transportation, and prior residential property management or maintenance experience, with a competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management.
• Knowledge of maintenance functions (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Reliable transportation for daily duties.
• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform work orders per company policies.
• Travel to properties for evaluations and move-out checks within deadlines.
• Document property conditions and identify repairs.
• Work with dispatching and email on smartphone.
• Travel to properties immediately as instructed by management.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
