Real Property Management in Los Angeles/San Gabriel Valley is seeking a dependable Property Field Specialist to travel between residential properties, observe conditions, photograph interiors and exteriors, and document findings for the property management team.

This role focuses on observation and reporting, not professional inspections. You will handle move-in/out docs, coordinate access, and support maintenance follow-ups while maintaining professional communication with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• Observing and documenting property conditions through photos and notes.

• Not a licensed home inspector; focus is on observation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine interior and exterior property evaluations for residential homes.
• Taking clear photos and documenting property conditions.
• Identifying and reporting visible maintenance concerns.
• Posting notices and checking vacant properties as directed.
• Assisting with move-in/move-out documentation and property access.
• Meeting vendors and coordinating property access when needed.
• Verifying completed maintenance with photos.
